live very close to your location, on C.R. #1, interested in clumping bamboo, seabreeze for the back property line to block the view of a two story home. Do you sell this and install also.

Can anyone ID this bamboo, please? Also, it was supposed to serve as a privacy screen, what could have gone wrong? Any suggestions for a bamboo for a buffer /screening? Thank you
